In this role, you will be joining our mortgage sales team where you will be required to service leads over the phone and manage customer applications from enquiry through to packaging and loan submission.
To be successful in this role, you need to be an intelligent, energetic, motivated individual with excellent communication skills. Computer literacy is a must, and a previous history in mortgage sales is required. All training will be provided.
CALL CENTRE CUSTOMER SERVICE
In this role, you will be joining our call center sales team that handles all our home loan enquiries and applications. You will be required to answer all incoming phone calls, service customer enquiries and respond to customer email enquiries. In addition, you will be required to assist in our back office preparing mortgage applications and packaging mortgage deals for submission.
To be successful in this role you need to be an intelligent, energetic, motivated individual with excellent communication skills. You must also be computer literate. A previous history in a mortgage environment will be beneficial but is not a requirement. All training will be provided.
