In the past MyRate has consistently offered interest rates and more importantly comparison interest rates significantly lower than the Big 4 Australian Banks. Our business model is to combine secure funding and take advantage of our low overheads to deliver home loans significantly cheaper than the banks.

There are NO hidden Fees or Charges

We're transparent about our fees and have done our best to minimise or eliminate as many of the fees as possible. Our comparison interest rate is the same as our advertised interest rate because there are no upfront or ongoing fees for the life of the loan.

Your interest Rate is Secure

MyRate is funded by one the biggest financial institutions in the world, ING Bank (Australia) limited. This means that unlike some non-bank lenders that can only rely on securitisation programs to fund their home loans, all MyRate loans are funded by a bank so you have complete peace of mind.

You will receive Personal Service

Call centres can be impersonal. With MyRate however, you are always able to pick up a phone and speak to a real person from our experienced Customer Service Team. You will also deal with your own Personal Loan Specialist from the start of your application to settlement of your loan.
